Tofisopam
Tofisopam is a 2,3-benzodiazepine derivative used to treat anxiety disorders, stress-related conditions, and alcohol withdrawal. Unlike classical benzodiazepines, it lacks sedative, muscle-relaxant, and anticonvulsant properties, meaning it reduces anxiety without causing significant drowsiness or motor impairment. It is a 2,3-benzodiazepine derivative primarily used as an-xi-o-lytic (anxiety-reducing) agent that regulates autonomic function.
